Zinzar Affiliate Program – Rules and Regulations

Welcome to the Zinzar Affiliate Program! We’re excited to have you as a brand partner. To ensure a smooth and successful collaboration, please review and adhere to the following rules and regulations:

1. Eligibility

• Anyone with a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, social media presence, or website can apply. 
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old. 
• Zinzar reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application without explanation. 

2. Account Registration

• Affiliates must provide accurate personal and payment information during sign-up. 
• A unique affiliate code or link will be provided upon approval. 
• Affiliates are responsible for keeping their login credentials and account secure. 

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a fixed commission (e.g., 10% per sale) for every successful order using their unique referral code or link. 
• The commission is only valid for paid and delivered orders. 
• Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not generate any commission. 

4. Payout Policy

• Minimum payout threshold: BDT 300. 
• Payouts will be sent via Bkash (must match registered mobile number). 
• Affiliates are responsible for providing correct payment details. 

5. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Zinzar using:

• Personal websites or blogs 
• Social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) 
• Direct messages or group sharing (non-spammy) 

Affiliates must not:

• Use misleading or false claims about Zinzar products. 
• Impersonate the Zinzar brand or claim official representation.  
• Promote adult, violent, or politically sensitive content alongside our brand. 

6. Brand Usage Rules

• Affiliates may use Zinzar’s official product images, brand name, and promotional materials. 
• Any custom-made content (e.g., review videos, posts) must reflect Zinzar honestly and maintain brand tone. 
• Unauthorized use of Zinzar’s logo or rebranding without approval is strictly prohibited. 

7. Code of Conduct

Affiliates must:

• Maintain professional and ethical conduct. 
• Avoid spamming or harassing potential customers. 
• Follow all local laws and platform guidelines when promoting. 
• Represent the brand positively at all times. 

8. Termination

Zinzar may terminate or suspend an affiliate account at any time for:

• Fraudulent activity (e.g., fake orders). 
• Breach of rules or dishonesty. 
• Inactive affiliate accounts for more than 3 months. 

Upon termination, any pending commissions may be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zinzar is not liable for:

• Loss of income due to platform issues or technical failures. 
• Any tax liability on affiliate earnings (affiliates are responsible for their own taxes). 
• Any consequences arising from affiliate promotional content. 

10. Changes to Terms

Zinzar reserves the right to modify the Affiliate Program’s terms, commission rates, or structure at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or dashboard.

Continued participation implies agreement with the latest terms.
