Refund Policy

a. No Refund Policy

We follow a strict no-refund policy for all purchases. Once a product is bought and payment is completed (either through mobile payment or Cash on Delivery), it is considered final and non-refundable under all circumstances.

b. No Exchange Policy

We do not offer product exchanges. Please ensure that you:

  • Double-check the product size, color, and design before placing your order.
  • Reach out to us beforehand for any clarification regarding product specifications.

c. Defective or Wrong Product Delivery

We conduct thorough quality checks before shipping. However, in the rare case that:

  • You receive a defective product
  • The wrong item is delivered

You must:

  1. Inspect the product immediately upon delivery in front of the delivery person.
  2. Raise any issue at the time of delivery by contacting us or reporting through the delivery agent.
  3. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue (if requested).

If the claim is verified:

  • We will offer a free replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability).
  • If the item is out of stock, you may be eligible for store credit or an alternate solution at our discretion.

No complaints will be accepted after the delivery person has left and the delivery has been marked complete.

d. Situations Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Dislike of color/fit after trying the product.
  • Minor color or design variations in custom-made items.
  • Delayed delivery due to external factors (e.g., weather, courier delay).
  • Product damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.

e. Custom Design Products

Custom designs are made exclusively as per your instructions. As such:

  • No returns or refunds are allowed for custom-designed products unless the item is defective or the design significantly differs from what was confirmed.
  • Please double-check all design details before confirming your custom order.

Return Policy

a. General Policy

  • We offer limited returns and replacements only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • All return requests must be made immediately after receiving the product.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be allowed after the specified time window.

b. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible to return a product if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product, size, or design.
  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., torn fabric, misprint).

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact.
  • A clear photo or video proof of the issue must be submitted via email or WhatsApp.
  • The return must be initiated at the time of delivery confirmation.

c. Return Process

  1. Contact us at zinzarshop@gmail.com or through our official Facebook page with:
    • Order ID
    • Description of the issue
    • Photo/video proof
  2. Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you to send the product back (delivery charges may apply in some cases).
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will proceed with one of the following:
    • Replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
    • Store credit (valid for 30 days)

d. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence.
  • Custom-designed items made as per user request (unless defective).
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Minor variations in color, print placement, or size (standard margin of 0.5–1 inch).
