• All orders are subject to product availability.
• Accepted payment methods:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Mobile Payments (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket)
• Prices are listed in [BDT] and are inclusive of taxes (unless stated otherwise).
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, fraud, or stock issues.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard Delivery (General Products): 3-5 working days
• Custom Design Products: 7 working days
• Express Delivery: Available (additional charges may apply)
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is delivered to the provided address.
• We do not serve international customers.

4. Returns & Refunds

• No refunds will be issued after purchase.
• No exchange policy applies to all products.
• Customers must check for defects at the time of delivery. Any issues must be reported immediately. No further claims will be accepted after delivery is completed.

• We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, colors, and sizing, but slight variations may occur.
